There are a few things you need to pay attention to before entrusting copywriting outsourcing:
- The service process of copywriting outsourcing generally starts with acceptance of the entrustment and ends with the preparation of a complete set of application materials and the submission status for the initial submission.
- The copywriting outsourcing service does not replace the identity and responsibility of the original intermediary colleagues (those who sign Form 5476) as the applicant's authorized agent. The original intermediary colleagues are required to communicate and coordinate with the client during the preparation of documents.
- After obtaining the outsourced copy, the client has the ownership and modification rights of the outsourced copy, and is responsible for the final review before submission.
- If the client needs to deal with supplementary materials, pre-rejection letters, interview coaching, etc. in the future, they can contact me to provide free support, but my obligation is limited to providing verbal guidance and will not continue to participate in subsequent copywriting production. If further copywriting outsourcing services are required, they will need to be entrusted separately.
- This service belongs to the consulting category of document collection, processing, correction, and improvement. I sign a consulting service agreement with the client and do not sign the 5476 agent form. I am not responsible for tracking the entire application process, and I am not responsible for communicating with the Immigration Bureau or other relevant parties. Referrer rewards
- Everyone is welcome to recommend guests, but please indicate to the guests that this consultant requires paid consultation, and ask the recommended person to inform the recommender when contacting this agency. New customers can only consult for a fee or sign a contract directly.
- For the services entrusted by the customer, after signing the service contract, the agency will pay a recommendation fee of 8% – 15% (depending on the actual difficulty of acquiring customers) based on the actual service fee received. The payee must issue a receipt. Canadian tax residents will issue a T4A form.
- If the same customer is recommended at the same time, the first recommendation shall prevail, and only the recommendation fee will be paid to the first recommendation.
- If A recommends B, and B recommends C, and C eventually uses my service, only the direct recommender B will be paid the recommendation fee.

- This organization does not charge sales tax (GST) for Canadian non-tax residents; otherwise, it will collect 5% of GST on the basis of service fees in accordance with BC provincial regulations.
Payment procedures and settlement terms
